Initial Evaluation (45-60m): $300
Psychotherapy (60m): Now accepting new patients at this time. $200
Medical Marijuana Card Evaluation. (If qualified click here): $150 "Fee for Marijuana Card not included and payable to the state"
"Monthly" Medication Management and Psychotherapy (15-30m): $150

Cancellation Policy
Please keep in mind our cancellation policy. We require at least a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. You will be charged a $100 fee for all cancelations and no-shows within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
